How to keep your soap:

* Don’t let your soap drown in water.

* Feed your soap plenty of fresh air between uses.

* Please remember to place your soap in a dish that drains to extend the longevity.

* It is best to use your new soap within six months of purchase. It’s won’t stay forever!

* Store unused soap in a dark, dry, relatively cool location such as a lingerie drawer or linen cloth.

The soap I received doesn’t look like the soap in the picture. Why is that?

This is one of the unique characteristics of handcrafted soap. The glycerin bath bars are made using individual molds – meaning that we make each bath bar one at a time. We try to make each bar look as close to the one in the picture as we can, but each bar will be a unique, one-of-a-kind bar made just for the customer!

Why is homemade soap more expensive than commercial soap?

* Homemade soap is produced in small, manageable batches under close supervision to ensure a quality process.
* Commercial soaps are produced in mass quantities, which are less expensive to produce.
* Ingredients used in homemade soap are generally of a higher quality than those used in commercial soaps. The results speak for themselves. Homemade soap is more kind to your skin because of the quality ingredients.

Shipping and Payment

* For all shipments

- All items will be mailed via SingPost to buyer. We will not be responsible if SingPost misplaces your package. Our responsibility ends once the item is shipped. We will bear no responsibility for any loss, damage or delay in delivery of the item in the hands of the postal service. Hence, registered mail is strongly recommended.
- We will confirm shipping/handling charges via email before asking you for payment.
- EXCHANGE/RETURN – Please understand that all sales are FINAL.
- All items will be checked before delivering.
- We will not accept exchange unless wrong item has been sent by us.
- Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.
- Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange/refund items will be paid by the Buyer.
- Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the original condition.
- Note: We will bubble wrap all items. But if items are damaged during delivery/postage. We will not be responsible for that.

Mail delivery

A) Normal mail – Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly by Singpost postman. No tracking number is available for normal mail.

B) Registered mail – Package will be delivered directly to the address doorstep by Singpost postman. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office.
